Maybe you already read it on our blog, social media or website: since summer 2017 we also shoot on film! After I visited the Greg Finck Workshop in May 2017 I fell in love so much more with filmphotography then before (I learned filmphotography from my father when I grew up, so I loved it ever since) – but I always though I never would shoot film on weddings, I always thought it is way to expensive and to difficult. Even when Artur and I both had a classical photography education where we learn how to shoot and develop film, we always loved it but through high end digital photography we used to shoot film only on our private travels and for fun. The Workshop changed everything for me. After more then10 years as a proffesionell photographer (I startet my photography business 2006!) I was longing for new inspiration and challenge. After the workshop I just wanted to try it out a bit but after the first shootings (all images came back from the lab better than even expeted) the decision was made: we also want to shoot on film! We always loved the look and tried our best to made our digital images looked like filmimages. This was for us our step to take our business to the next level! And who knows – maybe we become only filmphotographers one day, lets see.
Thank you Greg for beeging the big the reason to change our business!

After that I startet shoot some rolls on our weddings we had 2017. In Autumn I already did three shootings only on Film! The first one was a after wedding shoot we had in Paris with one of our couples, which we already showed you on the blog, the second one was a couple shoot also in Paris with Erica & Antoine, and the third one was a big autumn wedding editorial. I’m so in love with all these results and so I don’t want to shoot only digital anymore!
